Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition — whether you’re ordering within Ukraine or internationally. Below you’ll find detailed information about delivery options, payment methods, and

Delivery Across Ukraine

We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely:

• Nova Poshta – delivery to branch or directly to your address.
• Ukrposhta – suitable for small parcels and remote regions.

Pickup from our workshop – available by prior arrangement.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery cost: calculated automatically during checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through reliable logistics partners.
Delivery times vary depending on destination — typically 7–21 business days.

Customs & taxes:

For international deliveries, additional import duties or taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey online. Payment Options

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods:

Online payment via LiqPay or MonoPay (Visa / MasterCard).
Installment plan available via Monobank (for Ukrainian customers).
Bank transfer for individual or corporate clients.

Cash on delivery (COD) — available for domestic orders via Nova Poshta. All transactions are encrypted and processed through certified payment systems to ensure full data security.

Order Processing

We begin preparing your order immediately after payment confirmation.
Standard products: 1–3 business days.
Custom orders: 5–10 business days depending on complexity.

Returns & Exchanges
